Nestled in a tranquil forest setting, these four cosy cottages offer a warm and welcoming escape for families and groups. The three Corralea cottages each sleep up to five guests and feature two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and inviting living spaces complete with wood-burning stoves and solar power. Corralea 1 includes a washing machine and a small corner bath ideal for children, while Corralea 2 and 3 offer convenient walk-in showers. The spacious Pinetree Cottage accommodates up to six guests, offering three versatile bedrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, and wheelchair-accessible design. Its large pergola with lights and protective screens creates a perfect outdoor retreat. All cottages combine rustic charm with modern comforts, supported by oil central heating and natural surroundings that make the stay feel peaceful and rejuvenating.
Guests enjoy thoughtful touches such as bed linen, basic cleaning products, and outdoor seating, while metered heat and electricity ensure sustainable energy use. A £100 security deposit is required on arrival and refunded after checkout, following a quick inspection. With forest trails, a children’s playground, sika deer viewing, and wild swimming right on site, the experience stays close to nature while remaining conveniently located just minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way and Donegal’s scenic beaches—including the famous “Stairway to Heaven.” Check-in is at 16:00, checkout between 10:00 and 12:00, and guests are asked to bring their own towels and toiletries. Visitor numbers must not exceed the available beds, with infants in cots excluded from this count, ensuring comfort and safety for all.
