Guests are advised to bring swimsuits, towels, water, and swim shoes if entering the lake. Participation is limited to guests aged 16 and above, with waivers required for health and safety. I would give zero stars if I could!!! stay away from this company!!!!!! the salesman, Logan promises you the world and can't even get a simple LED light- he convinced me to buy a sauna from a family that had burned in the Palisades fire because they had it sitting in their warehouse and every other sauna would have taken three to six months. So I decided to help the Palisades family get their refund ( I lost everything in the Woolsey fire so I had compassion and wanted to do the right thing) by purchasing this unit - Logan KNEW the entire and only reason I was going this route was because I needed to have the sauna installed and done before I left for a trip. I have been waiting three months now for them to finish setting up my sauna and get the proper parts as they sent four different teams out to install out none of which knew what they were doing. Then they couldn't finish it in time for my trip after being promised numerous times it would- so they left multiple open holes in my sauna from bootlegged electrical since their installers again DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING- so mice and rats got into my sauna and chewed the wood inside all through multiple open holes that I never had any idea their electrician even drilled and were totally unnecessary and wrong!!!!!!! THEN in the first rain the whole front window was leaking pouring water into my brand new $20,000 sauna - and when Ali -apparently the owner's daughter but she doesn't act like it she doesn’t respond to any emails and doesn't take any responsibility for anything after 3 months of trying to get a hold of them and having Logan promise me every single day that his team would be here any day to finish up everything to move the sauna into place because they installed it falling halfway off of the concrete slab they required me to pour and rather than Ali taking any responsibility for why it had been months and I still don't have my lights installed and the sauna finish being set up. Her only response is- " oh the window is supposed to leak per the manufacturer"- so after paying over $20,000 and waiting OVER three months I have a sauna that I cannot use. It is interrupting my whole landscaping job because they will not move it into place LIKE THEY PROMISED. It is filled with tons of parts that they brought and dumped here and left inside the sauna. I cannot use it. !!!!!!!!!!!! The parts are not correct the window leaks and NOW Logan and Ali will return my emails or phone calls. They are ghosting me and even have the receptionist at the front hanging up on me. It is so rude so unprofessional I see there are plenty of good reviews, but they have gone 1,000,000 percent downhill for whatever reason! I sincerely cannot believe how rude the woman at the front was who hung up on me and would not let me speak to Logan . do yourself a favor and run !!!!!!!They are absolutely horrible. Stay away. !!!!!!
Overall the result speaks for itself, they did a great job and the sauna looks fantastic. Communication was great! I think it could have been done quicker but they did say it could take 3-days, so can't deduct any points for that ;-) would recommend!
