Upon arrival, simply park in the Activity Car Park and head to the Activity Store, where a staff member will greet you and guide you to your private sauna session. Please bring essentials such as swimsuits, towels, water, and swim shoes if you plan to enter the lake. Participants must be 16 years or older, and all guests will be required to sign a waiver confirming no contraindications such as pregnancy or epilepsy. Pets are not permitted inside the centre.
