Each campsite features a raised tent platform, a picnic table, and a fire ring with a grill, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time outside in comfort.
The sites are conveniently located near accessible restroom facilities and a bathhouse for added convenience. While there are no electrical, water, or waste hookups directly at the campsites, water spigots are available nearby at the bathhouse and parking area. Pets are welcome on leash, allowing families and groups to include their animals safely in the experience.
Guests planning to stay longer than seven nights are encouraged to call ahead to arrange booking details. Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 2:00 PM, giving ample time for arrival and departure.

Absolutely gorgeous campground! We ended up booking about a week or two before our stay as a last resort, but we're so glad we picked this place! We stayed Wednesday night to Sunday morning in the tent loop. Wednesday-Friday morning were extremely private, we were the only ones in the tent loop. Friday night some other families started showing up, but it was still quiet since the sites are pretty far away from each other! My only gripe about noise was you're across the water from Margaritaville and a resort, which means you can hear music from the distance at night. I loved the site we picked because you couldn't see our tent from the road and we got a gorgeous view of the lake through the trees. The staff was all very nice and we bought firewood every night. The bathhouse was very well maintained and I only saw 1 spider and 1 roach in there throughout our entire stay! The campground itself was relatively bug free and had looots of roaming deer! Keep in mind, we went in November which means it was too cold for bugs. All of that considered, this is now my favorite campsite in Georgia and I would absolutely love to come back!
