Went in on Wednesday to get graduation balloons that I needed for Thursday. Hardly any graduation balloons left, which is fine, but they had 1 black foil one so I just asked for that to be put in a bundle. Not sure of the girls names but she’s working there a long time, she has Brown hair maybe 40’s. I’ve never once seen her smile. Anyway I paid for the balloons I think €15,50. The girl who was at the till blew them up for me. Young girl with blonde hair. I’m not sure if she’s just learning but normally a balloon bunch of 3/4 is staggered down in a row. But she had the graduation one in the middle at the same height as one of the plain ones. I asked her could she put the main ballon at the top, obviously so I could see it & stagger the rest. She wasn’t happy, but she untied them & tried to do it but it just wasn’t right so I didn’t ask again. Got them home within 10 minutes & the balloon on the bottom was already deflated & by later that night they were all sagging! While I was there a lady came back with her graduation balloon that had also deflated in the back of her car on the way home. Not sure if it’s an issue with the helium. My balloons were no use on the day of the graduation which was the very next day. I just found the staff to be so moody & not helpful at all. Il stick with woodies the next time.
Bought some liquid latex here. And they must have had it stored wrong or its very old. It was solid as a rock. Worse thing is I bought 2 and both where the same. Ruined the Halloween outfit. And the staff at the til had the nerve to say no returns or refunds on the products at all. Which I believe is not right in general.
Ignored all my emails, bought 2 costumes & paid next day delivery over €70 worth of an order, costumes never arrived and weren’t sent. Have sent 3 emails & not one reply and no refund! Absolutely disgraceful AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
