We had a great party for our son's 10th birthday. The kids all loved it and had a great time. I have to thank all staff but especially Pablo for some great customer service. When the b'day boy's headset had an issue and he missed some of the main game, Pablo was super helpful and organised a voucher for him to come back another time. My daughter had her 9th birthday party at Zero Latency Swords. She hosted a group of 10 kids at the Other World Room. It was a great party and the kids had an amazing time. Pablo was there the whole time making sure to assist the kids. How Pablo handled 10 impatient kids demanding his attention the whole time is remarkable. Yesterday we had the best experience ever! It was my 37th birthday and me and my work colleagues decided to have some fun playing VR! Some of them never played before and with the help of the best staff Holy, Pablo and Jordan, we could enjoy the most! Very nice guys and welcoming!
