We booked the panoramic tour on-site. It was significantly cheaper than through Aida. A very nice 2-hour tour along the panoramic road with several photo stops. Unfortunately, the bus didn't make the best impression. It desperately needs to be replaced...
We took a RHIB tour through the Fjords. excellent service from all the staff involved. the equipment was nice and relatively comfortable. Book directly with this company in stead of through your tour operator/cruise line
Unpleasant experience with their refund policy. Our cruise ship arrived late at the cruise terminal, and we also had to debark via tender boats, therefore arriving for our trip to the skylift an hour late. We've missed the bus heading to the skylift, and requested a refund since it was not our fault for the delay. Firstly, a guy at the desk told us there is nothing he can do to refund us our money, and that there aren't any other excursions left to book instead of the one we've missed. Afterwards, another guy came to tell us that he can refund 50% of the trip's cost, since that 50% of money were for the tickets to the skylift. Overall, I suggest not booking if you are not 100% certain you will arrive on time.
