We had an amazing stag do with Surviving Wild Bushcraft. We all loved being out in nature sat by the fire spending some quality time together. The activities where top notch and we all said we would definitely do it again. Thankyou to the team for an amazing experience.
Had my stag do at Surviving Wild Bushcraft this weekend. I wanted something that was suitable for my children, mates, brothers and Dad..a bunch of guys hanging out for the weekend, away from the typical stresses of life, reconnecting with nature and each other. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place! We all had such a great time, learnt so much, came away feeling refreshed (which isn’t normal for a stag do!)…we’ve all made a deal to make this a regular get together. Craig was a fantastic host, adapted each activity for the whole group, was so passionate about bushcraft..Bob was equally as brilliant. Really so impressed…thank you.
I recently had the pleasure of taking part in a bushcraft experience with Craig, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Craig clearly has a real passion for what he does, and it shows in the way he teaches, he genuinely cares about passing on his knowledge. I went along with my 7-year-old son, and Craig was amazing with him, patient, kind, and encouraging. It was lovely to see how much pride he takes in teaching younger generations. I later learned that he also runs Beavers and Cubs groups, which came as no surprise given how natural he is with kids. The setting itself is beautiful, a peaceful woodland with dappled sunlight that made the whole day feel even more special. During our session, we learned how to use a flint and steel, how to gather the right kind of wood, and how to cook over an open fire. Craig even took time at the end to play a game of hide and seek with my son, which made his day! I also discovered that the company offers other exciting activities like axe throwing, air gun target shooting, and outdoor cooking, so we’ll definitely be back.
