This unique workshop at Quinta da Pacheca invites participants to explore their creativity by portraying the Douro Valley in cork. Guided by the talented resident artist Óscar Rodrigues, guests are encouraged to connect with the region’s rich wine culture and express it through an original artistic creation. The activity takes place in the serene surroundings of the estate, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in both the natural beauty of the vineyards and the cultural heritage of one of the oldest demarcated wine regions in the world. Throughout the workshop, participants will receive step-by-step guidance to create a distinctive souvenir that captures the spirit of the Douro Valley. At the conclusion of the session, guests leave with their completed artwork, a personal memento that embodies their experience and creative journey. Lovely unique cafe. The hot chocolate and teas were really nice. We had lunch but it was very disappointing: basic , unappealing sandwich for teh price you pay. I would not recommend lunch but only breakfast.

A great cafe of the beaten track and as it says it is as quirky as you can get. A great place to stop off on your journey if coming from Kinsale of going to from the City or just enjoying a day out. With a vast selection of home made food and a great variety on the menu that serves breakfast lunch dinner along with other selections you will definitely find something to enjoy in a calming, nice, natural location surrounded by nature. Also a great view of the planes and aircraft taking of and landing at Cork airport. There is plenty of free private parking and they even have there own resident hen. Great value for money much more affordable then City prices. Lovely enthusiastic staff that attend to you. Looking forward to the next visit.

Nice and cosy cafe! Staff were friendly and polite. Homemade food tasty, especially the soup of the day (roasted peppers and sweet potato) I loved it.
