Small place in the room and the bathroom. No air conditioning and the windows can barely opened.

They are currently doing some work but it's very run down. Room slightly better than entrance/stairs, not much hot water, mould in bathroom, no bedside cabinets or lamps, no teaspoons to make a drink. Can hear the bathroom fan in room above and very noisy from corridor with other guests. Wouldn't return

Looks nothing like the photos on booking. com TV don’t work, door was flimsy, didn’t seem secure. You could hear everything. Room was very dark. Bits of plaster randomly on the wall. Grim. You’re better off staying in a hostel.

The most affordable "hotel" option in Dublin, which was our deciding factor in staying here. I am rating at 3 star because, despite any complaints we may have, we got what we expected for the price. Location - Better touristy spots available in Dublin, but not for the price. It was a little bit of a haul from the touristy areas to get here. We did not mind the extra walk. No markings to make it clear this is a "hotel". You'll have to hunt your way to your room. Parking - Parking was a little bit touchy. We got some help from the pawn shop owner adjacent to our building. You can park out front during the day, but need to have your car moved off to the paid areas at night/weekends. Lodging - Everything in our room squeaked. EVERYTHING! The beds, the floors, the doors, the TV, the remote. It was constantly creaking with every movement. The water pressure was also a choice of hot with a drizzle or cold with some pressure. There really was not a middle ground. Again, we got what we paid for. If you want an affordable place to stay while you explore Dublin, this is the place for you. If you want your hotel stay to be a part of the touristy experience and/or plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this is not the place you are looking for.

I booked this place as it was the cheapest in Dublin for my date. The place was easy to find and on the main Street. Parking on the main road at off peak times is okay. That I could see my vehicle from the room as was a plus. The apartment itself was in a very old building. Creaky stairs too give you a nostalgic feel! Basic facilities available in the room. Would recommend for someone looking for a no frills place to stay. Pros- nice location, cheap, value for money Cons- as a tourist, I wouldn't be booking this.
