**Poorly Managed Trip – Disappointing Experience on Spiti Tour** Our Spiti trip with this company was marred by a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. Hotel details were shared late (if at all), and the company consistently failed to respond on time or provide clear answers to our queries. The entire group was left confused and frustrated throughout the journey. We had booked this expecting a smooth, well-organized travel experience, but instead got a trip full of delays, miscommunication, and zero accountability. The *only* saving grace was the experienced and skilled driver — who was not directly associated with the company and didn't get paid eventually. Thanks to him, the travel was at least safe and steady. Not sure about their other packages, but I would strongly advise against booking the Spiti trip with them.

Thankyou GCT teams we completed our Chardham tour (9day 8 night)with awesome arrangements, driver and stay are good accept the food that was below average. Just a suggestion in the last from badrinath to rishikesh was become hectic so pl add one day stay at shrinagar. Special thanks to Abhinav for all the coordination.
