Absolutely LOVE the babybells classes. Amazing workout, such a knowledgeable trainer, and wonderful to be able to bring my baby along for workouts. Can’t recommend enough!
I’ve been attending the babybell classes with Lara in Rónin for 6 months and they have been a wonderful way to get back to exercising and rebuild strength postpartum. The gym itself has all equipment needed for varied workouts and Lara creates and guides you through different exercises each class with incredibly motivating enthusiasm. The classes are very small so you get individual attention, which is key. There is a focus on breath work and pelvic floor. She also goes above and beyond to help mind the babies. You can bring your pram into the gym and also pop baby on a mat with toys or into the playpen, depending on age. Highly recommend for any recent mums!
