My family had no problems with our ferry ride from Ft. Lauderdale to Bimini and back. We were comfortable and staff was adequate. It is a little on the cooler side so bring a sweatshirt or blanket. No complaints here.

20/10 I dont understand the bad reviews they clearly let you know boarding starts 3 hrs before and its reason for that. Hence people really try and come when the Customs close at a certain time in BAHAMAS. Also snacks and drinks are pricey but you can bring snacks on board. The ride was smooth, works were professional and we got to Bimini on time. If you're looking for a quick day trip or a short getaway you cant beat the price.

Absolutely do not travel with this company. Save your self the headache, time, and money and fly with Tropical ocean, a seemingly more professional company. This trip was my engagement with my fiance, and it’s been a nightmare with this company. When we arrive to the port to leave Florida directions were to go to port 21. This was false and the correct port was 18. There was no signage or indication we were at the right location. After circle around and asking questions to find the correct port, we found they don’t let us into the boat an hour prior to launch. Forcing us to spend more money and fly to get to Bimini. Now As I write this I’ve been stuck on the boat for 3 hours now waiting to leave. We were supposed to leave port at 6. I got on early to insure we would be left behind again, only to be stuck on a boat. I would’ve stayed at the hotel or village if I had known they sit for hours on a cold boat with chargers that don’t even work to charge your phone after sitting for hours. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
