We booked the sunset Rib Ride as a family of 5 (kids aged 16/11/9) during our summer holiday. The crew were all great and got us kitted up with life jackets and straight out to sea. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and sat out at sea watching them play in their natural environment while the sun was setting, something quite special. The ride itself was exciting, especially as we went at speed over the waves! A fantastic experience that we'd all highly recommend.
Myself, my partner & children aged 5 & 8 went on the 1 hour boat trip today at 9am. The boat was comfortable and dock was easy to find and park at. (we left plenty of time as stated in the confirmation email) The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and great help. Kept checking in on our 5 year old. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins which was disappointing (especially for our 5 year old) We did however see seals from a far and sea birds and went inside a sea cave. All in all a nice trip, beautiful to be out at sea, just a shame the dolphins were not around for our children to see.
We had the most amazing trip out with these guys yesterday. Tony and Benj were so knowledgeable about all the various sea birds we saw on our trip which was really interesting and also gave us lots of information about the coastline and scenery we passed. The actual boat part of the trip was really fun and fast which my girls (10&7) really enjoyed, but felt safe and controlled the whole time. My youngest complained she didn’t get splashed! The boat its self was clean and well kept. The scenery along the coastline was absolutely stunning and we were lucky enough to see both porpoises and dolphins on our trip. Absolutely magical - wish we could have sat and watched the dolphins for hours. We did the 1.5 hr trip and would absolutely not hesitate to rebook or recommend to others! Absolutely worth the money. My daughter’s words at seeing the dolphins was wow this is a once in a lifetime moment 🥹🐬 the communication emails before had all the helpful information we needed and we found the location and parked with no issue at all. thank you everyone again for a fabulous time. We also had a great time crabbing off of the launch dock when we got back and there were so many crabs to be caught! Another highlight to the day.
Had a brilliant trip around the Welsh coast while on holiday with A Bay To Remember. Easy to book, hassle free and great experience for us and the kids. Booked the 1.5 hour rib trip, did get to see bottle nose dolphins and seals. The crew were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the wildlife and coastline and felt really safe. Highly recommend a trip out with them
Had the most amazing experience on a 2 hour boat trip. ( we booked the longest trip in the hopes of increasing our chances of seeing dolphins). We were lucky enough to experience close encounters of dolphins and seals. All of the people were informative and friendly. A beautiful way to explore the wildlife in Wales. Definitely recommend for any wildlife lover. I will never forget our trip! Thanks so much! :)
