Amazing experience with Milford Sound Scenic Flights. Serious family company, feeling safe at all times, well maintained aircrafts (at least from a non-expert pov) and two pilots that seemed experienced and were approachable and nice. An unforgettable way to get to Queenstown from Milford Sound!
I had the pleasure to fly with Luke and Milford sound scenic flights on November 11, 2025. Luke was absolutely an incredible pilot and host for this flight. We had a very easy takeoff and a perfect landing, and the scenery during our flight was absolutely spectacular. Luke was such a professional, friendly yet very focused in the pilot seat. Amazing morning taking the scenic flight with this company! We booked through get in your guide and was alll very easy! We had booked a package with a boat cruise but sadly due to weather that part was cancelled! They staff were all very helpful and accommodating! The cat in the office is also very cute!
Awesome (and much faster) way to get to Milford Sound if you can afford it! I was lucky to be seated at the front right next to our fantastic pilot (Ben)! Beautiful views flying out of Queenstown into Milford Sound (and back), and then smooth bus transfer from the Milford Sound airport to the port where all the cruise ships depart from (they arrange that part too).
