Paola is a great specialist, she makes you feel comfortable. Customer service is terrible. I’ve asked for the price offer a few weeks ago, they have seen my message and never replied. I’ve asked for flexibility to replace 2 sessions with 1 for a different therapy where the price was equivalent went I got the offer, they are sending me endless voice messages on WA without showing any willingness to keep me as a client. I am glad I only bought 2 packages, I will not continue once I finish my second one.
