I placed an order, their website told me that the order had been placed, two minutes later I received several emails (3) from them saying that the order could not be completed due to lack of confirmation/payment, I looked at the account and the charge had not been made either... I decided to do it the next day since the messages told me that the basket would be held for a few hours. So I did, it was completed, after a few days they charged me for 2 orders and I received 2 identical items. After calling and explaining what happened, they told me that if I didn't want the item I should send it back (at my expense) and they would refund my money. Given the amount we talked about, I'm not going to bother doing it, because if €4 is worth it to them to look that bad, it won't be for me. But considering it's a technical error, and completely beyond my control, I think €4 is a pathetic price to pay for such a bad look... They later wrote in response to the review that they offered me the option of accepting the return (with me paying €4 shipping for an item that costs €1.50 😂) but insisted I place two separate orders... If I'm to believe the emails, I even placed three orders of the same item plus the corresponding €4 shipping charge for each one (in just over a minute). I'm a total idiot... Anyway...
