I honestly didn’t realise how much tension I was carrying until I went to Anam Croí. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming like stepping into a little pocket of peace. The therapist has such a gentle, grounding presence, and you can tell right away that they really care about what they do. The massage itself was incredible — not just your typical “relax and zone out” kind (though I definitely did that too). It felt really intuitive, like they knew exactly where to focus without me even having to say much. I left feeling lighter, looser, and somehow more myself
