Step inside one of Brooklyn’s oldest homes as the Lott House opens to the public for a rare paranormal investigation. With tools like K2 meters, REM pods, and motion sensors, you’ll explore the home’s centuries of history while searching for signs of lingering spirits. Hear eerie first-hand accounts from museum staff, learn the stories of the Lott family, and enjoy complimentary wine and light fare as you access interior spaces normally closed to the public ahead of the house’s major renovation.
Led by experts in historic sites and paranormal programming, this tour offers a hands-on, guided experience that blends storytelling with thoughtful investigation. Each visit explores different sections of the home, and guests will take home their own investigation tool. Presented by Executive Director Mary Tsaltas-Ottomanelli and consultant Megan Lynch, this is a respectful and controlled program—not a “Ghost Adventures”–style event. All guests must follow guidelines, and ticket sales support ongoing preservation efforts.
