We had the best day with Benny from Inside Portugal! He was fun, kind, and so knowledgeable about the history, culture, and wines of the region. We visited a castle, wineries (one even had a cute farm with animals), the King Christ monument, and gorgeous beaches — every stop was unique and beautiful. The seafood lunch we had was incredible, and Benny’s restaurant tips were perfect. He was also a safe, accommodating driver and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. We laughed all day, learned so much, and saw parts of Portugal we never would’ve found on our own. Highly recommend — one of the best days of our whole trip!

Anthonio Castilo was truly exceptional! From the very beginning, he made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. He spoke perfectly in both French and English, always with a big smile and genuine enthusiasm. His deep knowledge of Lisbon, Sintra, and the history behind each place brought the tour to life. What I appreciated most was his attention to every detail and how he listened carefully to each person’s needs — making sure everyone was enjoying and feeling safe.

This tour was amazing! Portugal is such a beautiful country with so much history. Having a tour guide like Mike sharing his knowledge was so special. He made this tour to Fátima come to life, giving details that I just learned about made my pilgrimage there very memorable. Mike was articulate, thoughtful, conscientious of his clients. He has a special talent where he can talk n drive at the same time. Highly recommend!!

Tomas was an exceptional tour guide for our Sintra visit! His vast experience brought every site to life with rich, detailed stories that showcased his deep knowledge of the area’s history and culture. Always helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort, answering questions with patience and insight. His humor kept the group laughing, making the day not only informative but incredibly fun. From navigating the winding streets to sharing hidden gems, Tomas made our Sintra adventure unforgettable! Highly recommend his expertise for an engaging, delightful tour.

My wife and I took a small group tour (7 persons) to Sintra and Cascais hosted by Fabio Feliz. We were escorted in a mini-van which was comfortable and well suited to the narrow cobblestone roads leading up to the Pena Palace. The building was amazing and especially the antique furnishings which brought it to life. Fabio did a good job of keeping our group separate so we could hear his narration despite the crowds at the attraction. He was very knowledgeable about the specific historic events associated with the monarchy in Portugal. After the palace, we visited the town of Sintra which is a quaint hillside town with shops and restaurants. Then we drove to a lunch at a countryside restaurant. Although the place was used by numerous tour groups, we had a table to our own and the food choices and quality was very good. subsequently, we stopped briefly at the westernmost point of land in Europe where there was a lighhouse and overlook. Then on to Cascais, a seaside resort town with fancy shops etc. We drove back to Lisbon via a costal route which took us by many beaches with good views. The tour lasted about 9 hours - even longer than advertised as we proceeded at our own pace. Our guide was easy to hear, spoke good English, and had a great sense of humor, and conducted the entire tour without inicdent.
