Bought carpark pass from easytrip on line for DCC carpark on 21st of July for Doobie Brothers concert in the 3 Arena. 18.90 euro. On entry on the night carpark staff scanned my app on my phone and said their system would not recognise my pass. Tried at the barrier failed also. Had to purchase another ticket for entry. 8.50 euro. So having payed double the amount on line I contacted customer service next day to inform them of my problem on the nite. I forwarded by email proof of payment to DCC carpark and my easy trip payment and pass that was not used in order to secure refund. This is the 31 of July and still no refund despite sending 7 emails. This is a joke of a company and are ripping off people on a daily basis. Nothing shirt of fraud and criminal. Do not use this company for any service as they are not fit fir purpose. Should have checked reviews before parking with my money. Will be reporting the matter to the Department of consumer affairs and would encourage others to do the same. See you in court.😁

I have an Easytrip tag. I parked in Bloomfields Dun Laoghaire a month ago and I took a ticket upon entering the car park. The Easytrip guidelines clearly state that if you take a ticket and pay, then your tag does not get charged. I paid for the ticket and put it in the machine on the way out. I checked my account later and discovered that I was also charged on the tag. I called Easytrip and the lady I spoke to didn't even seem to be familiar with our parking system and options. She requested a report from me. She acknowledged receipt of the report but since then (3 weeks ago) I've had no communication from Easytrip. I'm wondering if this double charging is common. Terrible customer service. It looks like Easytrip is ignoring my complaint.

I have had an Easytrip tag for years and it worked perfectly but in the last few months it won't work in Q Parks, Mater and Beaumont Hospitals car park. I have called Easytrip about six times and been promised that it would be sorted but this has never happened. Last week I was told it would be escalated to a manager and that I would receive a phone call within 24 hours, this never happened and discovered today that it wasn't escalated so today it is supposed to be done again and I have to wait another 24 hours! I was also told that Mater Hospital car park was offline as a new company had taken it over and this was the reason but today as I sat in the q another car with an Easytrip tag got in while I waited for a ticket. I've been paying for this service now for months and it's not working and no sign of getting credit for this either. I have found this experience of try to get this sorted as terrible. Their customers service is really poor, no feedback despite being assured I would get call backs, emails, etc. They definitely have no respect for customers or loyalty and I am not looking at alternative options as they are impossible to deal with. Worst ever,

I have a tag for my motorcycle that I use occasionally. Recently, when at toll booths, the tag didn't work i.e. the barrier didn't lift. This meant I had to dismount from the bike, speak to staff via the intercom system and provide the 9 digit number that is imprinted on the actual tag. I rang Easytrip and explained the issue. The guy I spoke to saw that the tag was an old one and told me he would post out a new one straight away. When he checked my account and saw that I also have a tag for my car he said he would replace this one as well. This was great service, no quibble - easy and hassle free. I’d recommend Easytrip to everyone - I’ve used them for years and have found them brilliant to deal with. 10 out of 10.

Set up an account to use as a one off for parking, forces you to add €15 to the app, and then makes it impossible for you to close your own account. Vague information about waiting on callbacks off another team and how it can take days for said callback and that I have to go through a 'retention process'. Can see I'm not the only one with issue. Insane set up. Eventually after 4 persistent phonecalls someone said they *can* close my account, so we'll see how this goes..
