The chocolate escape room is very dirty and run down. My family and I couldn't get through a few of them so we had a walkie talkie for help and when we called it the worker who was with us came in and made us feel dumb and was not nice at all. The rooms were way too small for even a 4 person family. The workers were not nice at all and they were rushing us all through the escape room. I do not recommend going to this especially for the price.
Edited :I should change to 1 star but I'm not as low as the owner of this business so I'll leave my HONEST review as it is and show you why you should stay away from this place. They reviewed my business to 1 star even they never receive our services as retaliation for my review, this explains everything and you can be you own judge, see screenshot below. We went with two kids on the eastern week and we were "lucky " that they had a cancellation on the day so we booked the experience and we were excited getting the kids involved, age 8 and 4. Price is $60 per person which is average for an escape room however I founded the price not justified for a 4 and 8 years old, I was told that the puzzles were designed to get also small children involved, not quite true as the youngest one did not participate in any of the puzzles and just played with whatever was handy, my other son only partially participate as puzzles are not easy for an 8 years old. In conclusion would be fair to charge entry fees based on age or have. A special family package, the escape room itself it's ok a but old and run down but overall ok, the ladies were really helpful and that's the only positive thing I can find of the day.
This place was so much fun. The thought behind the detail was impressive. We had a family of 4 with youngest being 12 and the difficulty was just about right for us to move through quickly but not super simple. Highly recommend.
