Gym has everything you need to get job done... sauna and pool area is not very clean. Should not allow people to wear shoes in sauna...

Used this gym whilst staying at the hotel. One of the best equipped gyms included as part of a hotel I've had since staying in Dublin. Different member of staff every day I've been in and they've all been incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful. Gym area regularly gets walked around and cleared and everything is pretty well organized. Definitely looking at making this a regular spot for work visits!

I was a member to this gym for a while ago, and unfortunately, the male staff are consistently rude. I always say hello when entering, and they never acknowledge me. It’s not just a one-time thing—it happens every time. On the other hand, the female staff are lovely and much more approachable. Also, it’s surprising that the male staff don’t seem to take their own fitness seriously but kind of stand there and stare at what you’re doing but don’t offer any help. Overall, the customer service from the male employees needs serious improvement.

Always a great gym, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Great trainers at the moment who give good plans. Some great classes available too, particularly spinning and boxing. Would love a few more classes on during the week. Pool is really lovely too with sauna steam room and jacuzzi. They allow members to bring in children to the pool.
