Designed in Italy by world-renowned hiking pole manufacturer Vipole, these lightweight yet robust poles are built to withstand the harsh and challenging conditions of the Grampians and beyond. Each pole weighs less than 250 g, yet provides exceptional strength and durability for even the toughest trails. Featuring a twin-lock system, the Base Camp QL Deluxe poles are secured by both a Quicklock and Twistlock, ensuring they remain stable at your desired height when you need them most. The deluxe rounded top, felted trekking handle, and microfibre Plume wrist strap offer multiple grip options and superior comfort, allowing you to hike all day without fatigue.

This complete deluxe package comes with carbide tips, rubber trek pads, trekking baskets, and a 600D tearproof nylon storage bag to keep your poles safe on and off the trail. Adjustable from 63–135 cm and made with Alu 7075 shaft material, the poles are suitable for a wide range of terrains and hiking styles. Hire our Base Camp QL Deluxe poles and test them out—if you love them, we’ll deduct the rental cost from a brand-new set, giving you a risk-free way to find your perfect hiking companion. Please note that all gear hired from us must be returned to our office in Halls Gap unless otherwise arranged.
