We stopped here for lunch. Food is lovely, portions generous and excellent service. Went to Whelehans then to pick up some wine. Recommended.

I ordered a coffee and s croissant. The coffee was good. However, the €3.50 croisssant had the consistency of a cardboard box. When I complained, there wea no apology. I won;t be going baack any time soon. Complete form over function.

Love this place, Julien and his team are providing a great service, French goods and a lovely atmosphere. The tables and chairs are authentic, the decor is bright and airy as the outside terrasse a joy in warm weather. One recommendation would be to review the scone supplier...... Bravo!

Having had coffee and pastries at the Blackrock branch many times, I was very disappointment in their Loughlinstown cafe. Their coffee is good, but the food is a bit more varied. I ordered a sandwich and a croque monsieur. The baquette in the sandwich was stale and far too chewy, though the fillings were nice. Disappointing for a price of €8.50. But at least I paid what was advertised. The croque monsier is priced on the board as €9.50, but I was charged €3 extra for it to be heated and service with 3 lecture leaves and some balsamic (none of which I asked for. When I complained I was told that the price on the board was for it to be taken away cold. So €12.50 for a semi heated croque monsieur. It is not worth half of that. Come for the coffee and the cheese plates, but totally avoid the stale pastries and overpriced toasted sandwiches.

I love this place. They recently expanded and they now have a sitting and very chill area to enjoy amazing wines and cheeses. Every time we go, we are so happy with the food/wine and with the service. The staff is amazing. Starting with the manager (I believe he's the manager - French man), he's very happy, friendly and he knows so much about cheese and wine. There's also a french lady, she's amazing too and so friendly. One young Irish guy. He was great too. Asking often if everything was ok and checking on us. Thank you so much guys for the amazing service, food and wine. My wife and I can't wait to go back. I have to say that we needed something like this in Blackrock ❤️🍷🧀
