Would give 0 stars if possible. Agreed day before to rent windsurfing kit at 10 am. Chap came 10:45 to let me know that he can rent only surfing board, but not windsurfing.

Had an excellent time learning to paddleboard! The instructor was very helpful and friendly, my partner and I were both able to get out into the ocean and, by the end of the lesson, stand up on the board! Amazing experience overall

We can explain what really happen: We wanted to rent you gear for the begining of the afternoon yesterday. In the morning, you reply that your guy was available at 15h and that we could meet him on front of On water academy. We rent bike especially to come because your localisation was quite far for us (we told you that we have to leave around 17h to give back the bikes). Then we receive a message, 30 mins before our meeting, telling that your guy was not available anymore because he was "sick" (weirdly, your guy wasn't sick in the morning when you ask us to come at 15h and he was available the next day but we already have other comittment). We give you 2 stars because we are not satisfied : we lost a day at Porto Santo and 20e of bike rentals (3 stars is that the service is OK). Now, imagine we would have make your guy come for us and never show up ... When we talk on whatsapp, you said that's was unfortunate and apologies. So let's move on.
