I took a day trip tour to Delphi archeological site from Athen. The trip is unforgettable. The scenery at the Delphi site was amazing and more importantly the history behind it that shines through even after millenniums. Our guid, Simon is very knowledgeable on Greek history and is a wonderful person. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His stories on Greek mythology on the way made the two and half hour trip seem short. Thank you Simon.
Excellent adventure with Key tours! We visited the acropolis/ Parthenon and the museum with our guide Eirini…she was incredibly engaging, and knowledgeable and we all got swept up in her enthusiasm for Ancient Greek history. Would recommend this experience. Skip the queues and learn more about the things you visit, especially for the museum!! The back history was invaluable making it unforgettable. Only thing is it’s a long day to do it all at once like we did. After the acropolis/ Parthenon walk, we made it back down and managed another hour in the museum. If I were to do it again I would do the museum the next day.

Booking tickets with a tour guide was the best decision! No long queues, a small group, and fantastic insights throughout the day. The day tour to Delphi was a great experience. Marianna our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the history and it made the day even more enjoyable. Thomas navigated the narrow streets expertly. The coach was super comfortable and there were sufficient stops to break up the journey. Would highly recommend this tour.
Our tour of Delphi was led by a knowledgeable tour guide. We got to see a lot and get the history of the area. We really enjoyed the full day tour. If you go during a hot month, I cannot stress enough to stay hydrated, that sun is pretty strong there. Also you will be climbing up stairs of ruins, a lot of them are marble and slick, wear appropriate footwear.
