Very very poor workers in this bike shop, one particularly very disrespectful and behaved like they had small brains with too much emotion. I went to enquire about what options they have and if they is any room for negotiation on the bike price, the guy started speaking these words- do you want me to give it for free, do you want me put money from my pocket, take it or leave now, throwing whatever was coming from his brain. Not even the owner would behave like this because they know if they do, nobody would buy anything from them. They could be good workers in terms of the service they do, but they had little business acumen. This on top of expensive price on very average bikes that were rusted, dented, old. I would not recommend this shop.

My bike lost traction in the pedals, brought it to UCD bikes and they installed a new rear cassette and second hand wheel for €40! I went again a few months later (last weekend) as my gears were getting stuck, they repaired on the spot and charged me nothing. I live locally and told my neighbours about how great the service is but they already knew! Definitely recommend 👍🏻
Have been going to these guys for years and continue to be blown away by their service. They are incredibly honest and take great pains to prevent you spending money on unnecessary replacements when simple repairs or tweaks will do. When significant work does need done it is done with high speed and quality while still being very reasonable priced. Could not recommend more
Incredible experience at this place. I was looking for a second hand bike for a good price, and I eneded up in one of the best shops with a great service in Dublin! I bought here a used bike for a great price. Im a new cyclist and Tom took the time to explain all I needed to know about how the bike works and how to ride without injury. Gabe is also very kind and super professional with anything you might need for your bike. Definitely recommend this place!
