Very easy route to Boca do Risco. Easy to walk. Also was not very busy. Views are just magical!

One of my favorite hikes in Madeira. To make it shorte, stop at the old cable car and go until Boca do Risco. Then come back, it's around 1h30m each way. Amazing views!

Very low-key and beautiful trail with beautiful views of the water and the jungle. Visit this trail before it becomes too famous by social media and gets busy. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful scenery. Mostly flat with a couple of down hills. Total hike including return and raking photos is between 3-4 hours. The hike can extend to 35 kms. 3-4 hours is to risco. You can continue the hike further depending on your plans. See the mal below
