We booked a tour on Sunday, October 26 for Pompeii and Herculenium. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. Our tour guide, Amadeus was so knowledgeable and excited showing us the ruins. He had a degree in Archeology and knew so many details and interesting facts- it was mesmerizing! Loved all the people on our tour as well- lots of fun conversations. Think I liked Herculenium even better than Pompeii!

Excellent trip - really good value. Our guide (Genaro) was superb, really knowledgeable, funny and brought the history to life. It was just the right amount of time at both Herculaneum & Pompeii to be able to fully understand the magnitude of what happened here. Very well organised - with the transportation to & from Naples, tickets and lunch stop. Good (small) sized group too. I’d thoroughly recommend this tour. 10/10.

We took the trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius on October 10th, 2025, and it was an amazing experience. Our first stop was Pompeii, where our tour guide led us through the streets of the ancient city. The guided tour lasted about an hour and a half, after which we had another hour and a half to explore Pompeii on our own. Then, the minibus took us near Mount Vesuvius. There, our second tour guide, Mario, showed us the path to the top of the volcano. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Mario was a true professional and very patient as we waited for my mother, who had recently undergone knee surgery. Thanks to his help, we managed to reach the top slowly but surely. He truly made it one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had.
