The bubbles - delicate as an English rose at dawn - flowed endlessly, while the city’s illuminated splendour drifted past like a royal pageant. The Buda Castle gleamed like a jewel in a sovereign’s crown, and the service was as impeccable as that at a Buckingham Palace garden party. Five stars without hesitation - were it possible, I’d award it a royal warrant.
