When you book the boat tour, the location link in the confirmation email doesn’t fully match the actual ticket booth. However, if you follow Gate 10, you can find it easily. The boat itself is very authentic and classic, and the interior has a really charming atmosphere. We enjoyed it a lot and I definitely recommend it.

Amazing experience! We got there 30 min early and there was already a queue (which I knew) because we really wanted to sit at the front top because it was sunny. But equally the seats downstairs/inside still had quite an incredible view. We were greeted with a choice of drink, either frizzante or orange juice. There is table service so you don’t need to stand up unless you wanna go to the toilet or take pictures. The boat ride is smooth and comfortable. The menus contained a QR code linked to the tour guide audio about the history of Buda and Pest. They will send you all the information and what you need to bring through your email if you book online. But you can buy tickets at the door too. Service is ok. We definitely would do it again. We got our tickets through “GetYourGuide” app and it was quit affordable. We definitely recommend it!

If you’re in Budapest, this is a must-do. We took a Duna Cruises evening river cruise, and the boat was clean and comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the city’s monuments at night looked stunning. The experience felt unique and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, and it’s great for families, with both indoor seating and an open top deck for outdoor views. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it.
