Celebrate a birthday with a fun-filled Farm Friends Party at YPS, where children can explore a miniature farm, feed friendly animals, and enjoy a hands-on, safe interaction with some of the cutest and cuddliest creatures. Guests also get to experience historic pieces of Australiana, making the day both educational and entertaining. The largest party room accommodates up to 40 guests, with a long communal table running the length of a 1910 NSW train carriage, offering a unique and charming setting. Two parents are included in the party package, with additional adults or siblings not on the guest list subject to extra charges for participation in the farm tour or train ride.

All parties include the use of a Party Carriage, a dedicated host, printable invitations, plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, and a variety of snacks including potato chips, cheese rings, fairy bread, chocolate crackles, popcorn, and cordial. Optional extras such as lolly bags, party favours, cakes, additional activities, and gourmet catering are available to personalise the celebration. For safety and preservation of the historic carriages, certain decorations and sparklers are not allowed, and the booking contact must remain on-site for supervision. The party concierge manages food and entertainment for the first hour, but does not supervise children during activities. Final numbers and catering details are required by the Tuesday before the event, a $50 surcharge applies for public holidays, and outside food or drinks, except birthday cakes, are not permitted.
