Double Kayak - Sit in

Our two-person sit-in kayaks offer an ideal way for more experienced paddlers to explore the beautiful Pittwater waterways at a relaxed pace. Each kayak comes with convenient storage compartments for towels and snacks, making it perfect for longer trips. For those interested in multiday hires, arrangements can be made via email. Safety is a priority, so dry bags for phones are available on request, though we recommend leaving all electronic devices behind. Children under fifteen must be accompanied by an adult, and younger children can enjoy a ride on our sit-on-top singles or doubles for free. Please note that Paddlecraft reserves the right to cancel hires in the event of strong winds or adverse weather conditions.

The hire package includes the kayak, paddles, a personal flotation device, a map of the Pittwater, and stroke and safety instructions. Guests are encouraged to bring essentials such as a hat, sunscreen, water bottle, towel, swimming attire or water-resistant clothing, and suitable footwear like booties or old sand shoes. On chilly days or during winter, thermals, wind jackets, or wetsuits are recommended. This experience is suitable for families, friends, and solo paddlers who wish to enjoy a safe, scenic, and memorable adventure on the water.
