Currently sitting at the Hyatt with my fiancé and 3 other customers at 5:45am (meet up was at 5am) for our scheduled flight, and it appears that the company have completely forgotten there was even a flight booked for today. Nobody was here to greet us, none of us received any form of cancellation, no phone contact that doesn’t go straight to voicemail. We’re all completely in the dark. Our flight has been rescheduled multiple times and now a complete no show. It’s my partner and I’s anniversary today and we got family to come from interstate to watch our children for this very special milestone and occasion. Not happy AT ALL.
