Terrible experience. The store closes at 7:00 pm and I arrived at 6:30, but the fitting rooms were already closed. The staff’s attitude was awful,they looked clearly annoyed and made me feel unwelcome. It used to be my favourite place, but after this experience, I’m not sure anymore.
Idk how to describe how bad my experience has been here. The staff are just extremely rude and they just dont know how to behave. The security guard literally showed a hand sign of "throat-slitting motion" to say we are closing in a few minutes. The body language was intimidating and just rude. We left without saying a word. This happened twice. Once at the beginning of december and the other tonight. The staff member (female, most likely the store manager or assistant store manager) sounded extremely rude and overconfident and when asked to assist with a winter coat, she showed a very disinterested motion of helping with the buttons. It was 6pm. I work in retail and I understand how closing and opening times work, but never have my family nor I been treated this way in any other store. If you really want to indicate no entry, there is a way of saying it or doing it. Motioning via throat slitting, or saying things rudely is not going to help you get sales. I really like your products, especially the winter coats I came looking for, but at this point, even the quality of your products is not good enough to convert me as your customer. Horrible customer experience. Advice: Train your staff better.
