An amazing experience with pipes, drums and some international representation. A spectacular show.
This event was the reason re came to Scotland and it didn’t disappoint. The performances are fantastic! Definitely buy your tickets well in advance, our show was sold out and I couldn’t see an empty seat anywhere in the venue. We got our tickets in December. Since it happens at the same time as Fringe be prepared for huge crowds. Overall, this was the best part of our whole trip.
The Most amazing Event I have ever attended in Europe!!! What an amazing experience , the energy, the focus !!!! The vibe and the strength of Countries, and Unity of Country in Full Display!!! The Experience was so breathtaking and heartfelt !! I would Fly to Edinburgh just for this event!!! So much history !!! Plus this was the 75th Tattoo!! Highly recommend you attend this! The show, the organization and the quality of edge of your seat entertainment plus the Fly over was , WOW!!! So worth it!!
this is a bucket list item everyday of the week ...the experience was absolutely amazing ...im a bit more bias towards the pipes and drums and of course the highlands dances ..not so much the jazz America side of things ..im sure other would like that though ...definitely recommend everyone should attend this at least once in their lives
If you haven’t been please go. Every year has a different theme, but all equally amazing! Well organised with plenty of events staff on hand to direct and help out. Refreshments and hot food available to purchase as well as Tattoo merchandise. Plenty of toilets. The night ends with fireworks. I would recommend to dress warmly as it gets cold!
