As one reviewer said, anything non routine and the service is appalling. They won’t speak to parents on the phone. Only email, with pretty poor responses (I’ll check and come back to you: never comes back) The auto response to the email says it all.. we do not want to deal with actual people. I’m stuck because the school choose the company, as a parent you have no say& the choice is leave your kid out of a trip all their pals are going on or struggle through the awful service to pay nearly a grand for a 3 day trip.
I absolutely recommend this agency. As a teacher in France, I organised my first ever school trip with them. We went to Galway with 40 students. The trip was a nightmare to organise due to a slow communication in my school and the loss of four inscriptions. Plus, we didn't get on the flight on departure day because they were too many people at the airport. Through all those difficult steps, the person in charge of our project stayed reactive, efficient and compassionate. She managed all the last-minute changes and was truly a great support. The students loved the trip, adored their host families and had a lot of fun!
Unfortunately my son was unable to travel on his foreign school tour. They sorted out the insurance side of things with minimum fuss. Excellent to deal with and thoroughly recommended.
