This experience is perfect for art lovers, combining history, creativity, and hands-on learning around one of Barcelona’s most magical landmarks: the Palau de la Música Catalana. Led by two local artists, the experience begins with a 30-minute guided tour of the Palau’s façade, an architectural masterpiece designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, a key figure of Catalan modernism. You’ll learn how this iconic building connects to Gaudí’s legacy and the artistic explosion of early 20th-century Barcelona.
After the mini tour, the second part of the experience invites you to create your own mosaic. Upon arriving at the workshop, you’ll receive a brief introduction to mosaics, get acquainted with the tools and materials, and receive step-by-step guidance from expert teachers. No previous experience is required, as the instructors will support and encourage you throughout the process, helping you create a piece that reflects your personal style. By the end, you’ll bring your handcrafted mosaic to life and take it home as a unique souvenir, enjoying a drink along the way to complete this immersive and creative experience.

Spent a very enjoyable 3 hours yesterday at a mosaic workshop which was run by Fya Mosaic. Fya was an excellent teacher. She was extremely well organised and took us through the process step by step with encouragement. All the materials were provided and we went home with our completed piece in a gift box, a Christmas gift tag, instructions on how to grout it, and an Instant Polaroid photo of the group holding our masterpieces! Fya was also a wonderful host, thanks for the teas and coffees and the delicious homemade cake and cookies. Many thanks for the fabulous experience. 💖

I had an amazing half day workshop with Fya and other lovely ladies, Lots of project examples to choose from, variaty of materials to use, I checked her website and decided to make a flower mirror before the workshop. Fya guided every step and explained all the details of the whole process, very helpful, friendly, pleasant and thoughtful. Fya also prepared coffee, tea cakes and cookies for everyone with lovely music in a warm and bright room. As a first time I was very happy with the flower mosaic mirror I made with 3 hours. Would definitely recommand to all.

Wonderful afternoon spent with Fya. Fya was extremely patient and helpful, explaining us the different projects we could do, type of tiles, the technique and supporting us each step of the way. Love the small group style that made it very special. Also enjoyed the conversation and the amazing cookies baked by her husband. I would recommend her workshops to anyone, no matter how crafty you are, I assure you that you will have a wonderful and relaxing time.
