We absolutely loved our time on the 5 day Salkantay trek. From the accommodation, food and guide it was a luxury experience. Franz our guide was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, keeping us all in good spirits through the trek. We were in a group of 10 who all had similar capabilities which really added to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious with several options everyday. It’s was incredible that even in such remote campsites we ate such superb food. The accommodation was great and felt very luxury. I would highly recommend this company.

We did the premium 5 day Salkantay trek - and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing communication. Amazing guide (Edwin was the best!!) and chef/porter!! We couldn’t be more pleased with level of service (meeting at top of Salkantay pass with hot coca tea for just one example) and kindness from everyone we met. The accusations are absolutely amazing. Food was perfect - and accommodating to my food allergies and our friends gluten free needs! I highly recommend ST for your Peru trek.

The classic 5 day Salkantay Trek with Salkantay Trekking was an unforgettable experience and the highlight of our entire trip. Our guide, JC, was phenomenal, knowledgeable, fun, and genuinely cared about our group. He made the whole journey so enjoyable and made sure we were all having a good time as well. The food was absolutely delicious (way beyond what I would have thought while trekking), and the domes were super comfortable. We had mostly warm / hot showers which was lovely. Everything was well organised and we didn't have to think about anything across the 5 days. Make sure to bring lots of layers, the weather changes so much throughout the trip. Our group all spoke English, was similar in age and ability which made for fun, smooth and memorable days. Highly recommend the classic 5 day trek – and if you get JC as your guide, you’re in for something special! Thank you JC!

We had an incredible experience on the 5-Day Salkantay Trek! I was a bit nervous about hiking 6-11 hours a day, especially since it was my first time walking that far at such a high altitude (15,000 feet!), but I'm so glad I joined this tour. Our guide, George, took great care of us. He provided detailed morning and night briefings, so we always knew what to expect. His team was just as wonderful, providing amazing three meals, snacks, tea, and even fresh cakes! A huge thank you to the hardworking horsemen who carried everything for us. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, which made a huge difference after a long day of hiking. We had a fantastic group of eight, and with George's expert guidance and extensive knowledge, we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views and physical challenge. We all finished the trek, and it's an adventure I'll never forget. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable experience on the Lares Trek thanks to the incredible team behind it. Percy, our guide, was patient, positive, and always encouraging, especially when my partner was sick on the first day. He pushed us to do our best while respecting our limits and shared so much knowledge and humor along the way. Julio-Cesar, the chef, amazed us every day with delicious, nourishing meals prepared in the middle of the mountains. He even made a special herbal tea for my partner when he was unwell. His happy and caring attitude made every meal feel like a treat. A huge thanks to Esteban and Bryan, the two hardworking horsemen who carried our bags, set up and took down our tents, and brought us hot tea in the mornings. Their dedication made our trek much easier and more comfortable. The whole team made this journey beyond our expectations truly an adventure we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!
