Took my two teenagers for a two-hour tour today and I highly recommend the trip. We all had fun using the Segways. Our guide Carlos was fantastic—warm and informative. It was a terrific way to get introduced to Madrid. It would be fun for most people, but it was a hit with the teens.
Found the perfect place for a Segway tour of historical Madrid. Booking was easy and the staff were very professional. My guide, Carlos, had so much information about what we saw. Such a pleasant person and was made sure I was having a good time on the tour. He is very safety aware as we drove our Segways around the sites. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour company and Carlos too!
Great friendly service, great location, and great equipment. It was fun! PS - In addition to the Segway tour, I hired an electric bike the next day which was a quick and easy way to get around the city, especially in the uphill areas :) The thing is, I left my passport at the shop and was on the way to the airport to catch my flight when the shop managed to get through to me on my mobile phone. A quick turn around in the taxi and I was able to retrieve the passport from the lovely girls in the shop. They saved my day. Thank you!
We did a three hour tour. Our tour guide was the best we've had. Not only did he provide the usual tour information, but he also gave us the ins and outs of Madrid, many recommendations on places to go and eat, and even a bit of humor. Also, the Segways aren't speed limited, which is fun!
