⚠️ AVOID THIS PLACE - NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE ⚠️ If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience storing luggage at Segway Madrid via Bounce was an absolute nightmare. From the start, the service was terrible. The man who attended to us was incredibly disrespectful; he actually mocked our names and was very unprofessional. When we dropped off the bags, he told us he 'didn't know' what time the place would be open later—a huge red flag that we shouldn't have ignored. The real disaster happened at pickup. We returned during their stated opening hours, but the shop was completely closed. We were left waiting outside on the street for over an hour with no way to get our bags. We had a flight to catch and were extremely stressed. Because they were late opening the door, we missed our planned public transport and had to rush to take a taxi to the airport to avoid missing our plane. To top it all off, when we finally got our items back, my luggage was returned damaged, dirty, and with cuts on it. This place is unprofessional and unreliable. I have already initiated a formal damage claim with Bounce regarding the condition of my bag.

It was a fantastic and amazing way to get to know Madrid a little better! We were lucky to have Jesús as our guide, and he was simply outstanding. He’s incredibly charismatic, and he explained each monument with so much detail and passion that it truly brought the city’s history to life. We loved every moment of the tour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% recommended! 👏✨
