This weekend we had such a fun experience with Retiro Magic! Felipe, our guide, had amazing storytelling skills and he combined with great humor, which made the tour both interesting and entertaining! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore Retiro Park in a unique and enjoyable way!

We had an amazing Segway tour through Retiro Park with Retiro Magic! Our guide, Fillipe, was absolutely fantastic and he shared many fascinating stories and bits of history about the park that really brought the place to life. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid!

We went to Retiro Park for a walk and spontaneously called this company. Fortunately, they were available for us (a group of 8 people) and suggested a Segway tour. It was a first time for all of us. What is important to emphasize is that they put safety first. This included helmets for everyone (with disposable caps) and, of course, a clear explanation of how to use the Segway with a short training session. Then, Allen took us on a quite long and interesting tour in Retiro Park, with several stops where he explained the history of the park and, of course, encouraged us to take family photos :) It was a very nice experience. Worth it!
