As part of an anniversary celebration, we enjoyed a relaxing cruise along the Meuse River on Ome Aad's Borrelboot. Thanks for the excellent service!
Celebrated my 60th birthday on the party boat. It was fantastic! The atmosphere on board was great, the food and drinks were delicious, and we saw a lot along the way. The guests all loved it too.
Three quarters of an hour before boarding we were called with the message that the bavette had not been purchased!? This was a big disappointment for 65 people, who had deliberately chosen the menu with bavette. Too bad, because paying so much money for the alternative chicken sausage, chicken thigh and chicken satay is really too much.
We celebrated our 60th anniversary with family and friends, sailing back to our roots on the Meuse River to Schiedam and Vlaardingen, and then back via various ports. It was a fantastic evening.
We had a wonderful afternoon/evening with 40 guests and a delicious meal, including a traditional Dutch barbecue. Very well organized and friendly staff, so it was a complete success.
