The largest Jenever distillery in the Netherlands is a beautiful and centuries old bit of industrial heritage, run by the 11th generation of the Nolet family. We were exceptionally warmly welcomed, got a fantastic tour through all facilities. We got to meet the Nolet family members, which was unforgettable. The story of the family is beautifully laid out and the distillery is more than worth a visit
What an impressive facility! The guides that gave us a tour were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and it was obvious they loved their jobs. The Nolet family is still running the business and I would love to meet them because to have such amazing employees the leaders of this company must be setting an excellent example. Our group was amazed by the Jenever history of the family company Nolet. Randy was a great tour guide, showing us the distillery and answering all our questions. We felt very gifted about the generosity by the staff, especially Randy, who made us an exciting day.
We showed up as whisky enthusiasts and left with a great experience of Jenever history. The friendly staff arranged a last minute tour of the distillery. They showed us the manufacturing process and rich family heritage of the Jenever that is still produced at this very location that surrounds the iconic windmill. I can do nothing else, but highly recommend a tour here and/or just try the “Ketel 1 Jenever”. After this great experience we are going return with friends and family for sure.
Besides the great products crafted at this manufacturing house with unseen passion, they offer a magnificent tour through their facility. Stunning guide, very knowledged, stressless and kind - absolute worth for people with passion for vodka, genever and gin!
