The man that is work there is very rude . I tell him that I like to go to konstanz with line 2 and he gives me 2 tickets with catamaran . He don’t speak English but also he don’t try to understand what you say and speak bad and get angry . I go back in and I give the one ticket back . The ship that I like to go left 14.40 and now I have to wait till 15:00 the catamaran . Is touristic place friedrischafen and visit with people for many countries. I don’t understand why the work people that they don’t speak English😡. At list they can learn some English to the people that work there . Really bad .

Careful if you ask for a “round trip” as they give you a ticket that you can only do a round trip without getting off the boat. Getting off means you must purchase another ticket. Did not give the tickets I requested for. I recommend using some other company if you can.

Was not crowded and clean enough and accessible with wheelchair at least the ground floor. It's interesting even for a long period, also with kids. You can buy tickets onboard or online, but I'm not sure if they accept card payment onboard. WC was OK. Appointments were accurate, so you have to be there in time. You must adher to the start point in your ticket. Kombi and family tickets are good options. Easy to reach the ship stop. You can eat or drink onboard.

It is definitely recommended for the price. It costs 51 euro per head for at least a 3hr to and fro ride.
