I ordered two tickets, one for me and one for my son. I canceled the tickets in advance because of the war in Israel, since it is not possible to fly out of the country. The owner of the business is the only one in all of Austria and Germany who did not agree to return the money. This is a certificate of poverty for the business, which is why I chose to give a one-star rating and attach his response. My advice is not to purchase tickets in advance.

It was a surprise for me that Iong queue stayed at the port and waited for the ship. The temperature was hot 32-33 celsius (mid August) without any shelters. Children, old men and dogs under the sun for 20-25 minutes. The price was not cheap, around 25 euro a retur ticket from Konstanz to Meersburg. Ship is okay, nothing special.

Ticket prices are very fair and food was delicious! Beer was cold as well. Would recommend a rountrip on the lake for everybody visiting the area.
