The holiday workshops at Skatehalle Berlin provide an exciting opportunity for kids and teens to dive into the world of skateboarding. Held over five consecutive weekdays, these sessions offer a fun and structured environment where participants can learn, practice, and grow. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, the workshops are designed to help you master the basics, develop new tricks, and build confidence on the board. Each session lasts two hours, and all necessary equipment, including skateboards, helmets, and pads, is provided free of charge. While the kids skate, accompanying parents or guardians can relax and enjoy a coffee at the SHB Café or spend time in the Skate Yard. Please note that staying inside the skate hall during the sessions is not permitted.
Skatehalle Berlin is the only covered skatepark in the capital and serves as a vibrant home for the city’s skate community throughout the year. With a 1,200 m² street area, a park, and an outdoor section featuring a covered mini ramp, the facility provides the perfect setting for skaters of all ages and skill levels. The venue also includes a café, a private cinema, an outdoor bar, and a skate shop, creating a dynamic cultural space that goes beyond skating. Alongside workshops and skate sessions, Skatehalle Berlin hosts a variety of youth and community projects focused on art, language learning, and cultural exchange, reinforcing its commitment to inclusion and creativity. There is no parking available on-site.
