We were using Dublin Lettings for the last twenty years to manage our house that we had rented out when we moved country. They have always been quick to reply to any issues that arose and helped us work out cost effective solutions. Not being in the country ourselves meant we had to rely on them a lot and they were always available to help. I would definitely recommend them for managing any property you may have.

Myself and my partner have been renting a property through Dublin Lettings for 6 months now and we could not be happier with our experience. We would like to praise Sam in particular as he has been nothing but helpful, efficient and professional through the whole process and we hope to rent our current property for as long as possible. Would highly recommend Dublin Lettings to anyone!

Excellent – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience with Dublin Lettings, in particular the Ranelagh branch. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. We would like to highlight Maria whose we dealt with more frequently but everyone is very caring. They made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed every step of the way. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and any queries we have are answered promptly. There were a few minor repairs needed and they quickly actioned them. Their customer service is good, and they genuinely care about their tenants. The maintenance platform is one of the more practical and efficient we have seen. We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy lettings agency in Dublin City Center. Rent increases are gentle over time and an yearly inspection allows for issues to be discussed. The houses are not perfect, have mold, old pipes etc but within reason they have replacing worn off equipment and offered to re-paint bathroom ceilings and change the old extraction fan, so we feel that there is care. This month alone we happened to have 3 things break (kitchen fan, water tank and window lock) and they were all replaced in a matter of a week. We have been here for 4 years and expect to stay many more. It is true there is a giveaway going on as we have seen in some reviews below, and without it we probably wouldn’t bother writing this review, but honestly we have been having a great and easy time with them. Thank you for everything!
