SUP CUB Kid Lessons

Give your child the opportunity to build confidence, balance, and a love for the water with our SUP CUB Kid Lessons! This engaging paddle boarding lesson teaches essential water safety, paddling techniques, and board control in a fun, supportive environment. Kids will learn through hands-on instruction, playful SUP games, and guided practice on the board, all while developing coordination, focus, and teamwork. Whether they are first-time paddlers or looking to improve their skills, our lessons provide a safe space for kids to explore, play, and grow their love for the ocean.

Lessons are designed for children ages 6 to 17, with small groups of up to six kids per session. All necessary equipment, including paddleboards, paddles, leashes, and life jackets, is provided, and no prior experience is required. Sessions last one hour, combining a land demonstration with time on the water. The lessons take place at Liberty Station in San Diego, in a calm, low-traffic channel, departing from a sandy beach. Parents should ensure kids wear athletic clothing or a bathing suit and bring sunscreen and a towel or change of clothes. Action photos and videos of the kids on the water are included, so memories of the adventure can be shared afterward.
