Glencairn Museum is introducing a refreshed experience for its annual Christmas event for homeschool families with the new Christmas Homeschool Morning. This reimagined event is designed to accommodate smaller groups, allowing for more personalized interaction with Museum staff and creating a calm, cozy, and festive environment. Families will enjoy a combination of guided tours and self-guided activities, exploring the rich history, architecture, and holiday decorations of the Museum.
The event begins with doors opening at 9:45 am, with the first guided tour and activities starting at 10:00 am. After a brief transition at 10:45 am, the second session of tours and self-guided exploration runs until 11:45 am, followed by departure at 12:00 pm. Families are assigned guided tour times based on their arrival to ensure smooth scheduling and a relaxed experience. This new format is offered on three separate dates, each providing the same thoughtfully designed programming, making it an ideal way for homeschool families to celebrate the season while learning and enjoying the unique atmosphere of Glencairn Museum.
